Randy and Cheryl Sorrels gave a "generous contribution" to the HBU Soccer program and now the field is named in honor of them.  I am glad that alumni are starting to give back more.  Just another OBVIOUS perk of moving back to D1 athletics.  Apparently, Randy Sorrels played on our soccer team in the early 80s, when we were consistently competing for the TAAC title, and even ranked in the NCAA Top 20.

Sorrels is a successful lawyer at the firm Abraham, Watkins, Nicols, Sorrels & Friend.
